白蘑菇是世界第一大宗食用菌,它洁白细腻,营养价值和药用价值很高,深受世界各国人民喜爱。白蘑菇自1988年在沈阳市试种成功后,1989年全市栽培面积扩大至500平方米,经过栽培者的精心管理,至11月末,一般菇房已采收3—4潮菇,每平方米产量已达6—8公斤,纯效益25—35元。许多菇农都打算在今年大面积栽培。两年来,我们总结了适合沈阳地区白蘑菇栽培的高产技术,现介绍如下:
