·江泽民同志在《正确处理社会主义现代化建设中的若干重大关系》的讲话中指出:“要研究制定国有经济的发展战略和布局,按照建立现代企业制度的目标积极推进国有企业改革,集中力量抓好大型国有企业,对一般小型企业进一步放开放活。”·1995年6月,中国市场经济研究会市场体系建设委员会在中央党校育园楼召开了国有企业深化改革研讨会。会议由市场体系建设委员会主任、中央党校吴振坤教授主持,并发表了《国有经济的根本特性与国有企业深化改革新思路》的论文,受到与会者的重视。会后,记者采访了吴振坤教授。
· Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out in his speech “Some Major Relations in Correctly Handling Socialist Modernization Construction”: “We must study and formulate the development strategy and layout of the state-owned economy, actively promote the reform of state-owned enterprises in accordance with the goal of establishing a modern enterprise system, and focus on strength. We will focus on large-scale state-owned enterprises and open up further to ordinary small-scale enterprises.“ · In June 1995, the Market System Development Committee of the China Market Economy Research Association held a seminar on the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises at the Yuyuan Garden of the Central Party School. The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Market System Construction Committee and Professor Wu Zhenkun of the Central Party School, and published a paper entitled ”The Fundamental Characteristics of State-Owned Economy and New Thoughts for Deepening the Reform of State-Owned Enterprises", which attracted the attention of participants. After the meeting, the reporter interviewed Professor Wu Zhenkun.
