最近,有关事业单位改革的报道越来越多,源于三个基本的背景:一是事业单位改革关系民生,本身就容易受到公众与媒体的关注,如推行事业单位养老保险制度改革试点、建立事业单位绩效工资制度等都是备受注目的;二是国家新近下发了有关事业单位改革的文件,虽然该文件还没有完全公开,但已有媒体将事业单位的基本思路与要点、改革时间表等公之于世;三是中组部和人社部联合发文查处了事业
