实施历史新课程是整个基础教育课程改革系统工程中的重要环节,而历史教师是实施新课程的主力军,是影响新课程实施诸要素中的决定性因素。新历史课程要求新理念、新方法和新技术,这构成了对广大历史教师的新挑战。面对新挑战,教师必须更新教育观念,改革教学方式方法,完善知识结构,扩大专业领域,提高实施新课程的基本素质。为此,教育部几次下发关于开展新课程师资培训的文件,要求各级教育行政部门组织好全员教师培训,搞好继续教育,构建教师终身学习体系。本文试就历史新课程的师资培训问题谈些看法。
The implementation of the new history curriculum is an important part of the overall basic education curriculum reform project. The history teacher is the main force in the implementation of the new curriculum, and is the decisive factor influencing the implementation of the new curriculum elements. The new history curriculum requires new ideas, new methods and new technologies, which constitute new challenges for the vast majority of history teachers. Facing new challenges, teachers must update their educational concepts, reform teaching methods and methods, improve their knowledge structure, expand their professional fields, and improve the basic quality of the implementation of new courses. To this end, the Ministry of Education issued several documents on the development of teacher training for new courses, requiring education administrative departments at all levels to organize good teacher training, do a good job of continuing education, and build a lifelong learning system for teachers. This article tries to talk about the teacher training issues in the history of the new curriculum.
