面砖通常是通缝镶贴,要做到横平竖直,平整美观,才能满足优良工程的要求。但由于面砖种类繁多,型号不一,尺寸误差,使创造优良工程增加了难度。我公司经过多次实践,发现面砖的误差基本为1.0～1.5毫米,因此将面砖镶贴做如下改进。1.面砖镶贴前应该进行选砖。用木板、角钢做一模具(图1),对面砖进行挑选,将面砖分成大中小3类,一个房间用同一类型的砖。2.面砖镶贴时,砖与砖之间
Tiles are usually quilted and affixed, so as to be horizontal and vertical and flat and beautiful, in order to meet the requirements of good engineering. However, due to the wide variety of face bricks, different models and dimensional errors, it is difficult to create excellent projects. After many times of practice, our company found that the error of the tile is basically 1.0-1.5mm, so the tile inlay will be improved as follows. 1. Tiles should be selected before placing bricks.
