创新是21世纪发展的原动力,是企业持续发展的核心动力,创新在一定程度上也决定了企业核心竞争力的强弱。在当今新形势下,企业面临着错综复杂的经营环境和越来越激烈的市场竞争。如何在企业经济管理领域创新,解决迫在眉睫的问题,是本文探讨的重要课题。本文通过对新形势下企业经济管理创新的必要性进行分析,提出了企业在经济管理中存在的问题及创新对策,以期提升企业的经济管理水平,促进其持续发展。
Innovation is the driving force of development in the 21st century and the core driving force for sustainable development of enterprises. Innovation, to a certain extent, also determines the strength and weakness of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In today’s new situation, enterprises are faced with a complex business environment and increasingly fierce market competition. How to innovate in the field of enterprise economic management and solve the imminent problem is the important issue discussed in this article. Based on the analysis of the necessity of enterprise economic management innovation in the new situation, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the economic management of enterprises and the innovation countermeasures so as to enhance the economic management level and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
