笔者从事企业职工教育培训工作二十多年,是职教战线上的一名老兵。对教育培训质量的评估,是长期困扰职教工作者的老问题。随着企业在市场中主体地位的确立,一切工作及其成果都要能被评价和计量,于是,这个“老问题”再次成为企业各项管理工作不断走向科学化的严重障碍。笔者年届退休,破解这个问题的心情更加迫切,最近恰巧受命拟订本厂“培训质量管理规定”,便趁机研读了往日搜集到的一批文献资料,再次对这个问题进行了认真、深入的思考,颇有茅塞顿开之感,隧写出这篇文章与同仁交流。
