作者用口径仅1mm的透明塑料管进行了HFMC抗生育体外模拟注射实验,结果表明先注射HFMC再注射沉淀剂便于HFMC附着于管壁井与沉淀剂混合沉淀。对8只日本大耳白兔行输精管顺行及逆行注射以染料着色的HFMC在输精管内的分布,结果显示顺行注射HFMC量超过输精管的自然容积,易于从输精管一膀胱口排出。日本大耳白兔14只用于比较顺行及逆行两种不同注射方向及逆行注射不同剂量HFMC后精子密度及生育力指数以了解输精管的通畅情况及避孕效果,结果表明顺行注射HFMC难以达到避孕目的,而逆行注射一定量的HFMC以保证HFMC在输精管内形成足够沉淀,则可达到避孕的目的。因此,在将来的实际应用时应先逆行注射20%HFMC,然后再注射少量沉淀剂,剂量应为从注射点到附睾端输精管自然容积的三倍。
