一种适于加工HR_c45~65黑色金属的LF多晶立方氮化硼—硬质合金复合刀片已由郑州磨料磨具研究所研制成功,并荣获1989年首届火炬杯高新技术产品展评会优秀项目奖。该复合刀片是由多晶立方氮化硼层和硬质合金衬底组成,通过超高压高温技术烧结在一起。多晶立方氮化硼层的硬度与耐磨性高于硬质合金与氧化铝陶瓷刀具材料,而硬质合金衬底则赋予材料有高的抗冲击强度。该复合刀片025、010和005三个品种,可分别用于制造粗、精和超精密的机械加工用切削刀具。
A LF polycrystalline cubic boron nitride-cemented carbide composite blade suitable for processing HR_c45 ~ 65 ferrous metals has been successfully developed by Zhengzhou Abrasives Research Institute and won the Excellent Project of the 1st Torch Cup High-tech Products Exhibition in 1989 prize. The composite blade is composed of a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride layer and a cemented carbide substrate, sintered together by means of ultra-high pressure and high temperature technology. The hardness and wear resistance of the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride layer is higher than that of the cemented carbide and alumina ceramic tool materials, whereas the cemented carbide substrate gives the material a high impact strength. The composite blade 025,010 and 005 three varieties, respectively, for the manufacture of coarse, fine and ultra-precision machining cutting tools.
