鲁78066系山东省农业科学院作物研究所以高产高抗茎线虫病品种青农8号作母本,高产中抗黑斑病品种安薯1号作父本,经诱导开花、有性杂交选育而成。徐州甘薯研究中心1988年引进试种,翌年作为亲本配制组合。为探讨其直接利用和作为亲本利用的价值,近年来我们对其进行了全面鉴定,现将主要研究结果报道如下。一、材料与方法 1.设计统一试验方案,分别在五个不同区域进行适应性和生产力鉴定。随机区组排列,重复3次,以徐薯18作为对照种,生长期
