党的十七届四中全会以来,理论界围绕把党建设成为马克思主义学习型政党的战略目标,深入探讨和研究了什么是马克思主义学习型政党、为什么要建设马克思主义学习型政党、新形势下如何建设马克思主义学习型政党等方面的问题,并取得了积极成果。

Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, theorists have focused on the strategic goal of building the Party into a learning party of Marxism. They have discussed and studied in depth what is a Marxist learning party and why the Marxist learning party needs to be built. How to build a Marxist learning party and other issues, and has achieved positive results.
