茶树属多年生经济林木,种植后,一般要3年才能轻采,5年正式投产,周期长,见效慢,对茶树良种推广及茶农织极性均有影响。为了改变这种局面,近年我所及各地在加强现有栽培技术推广的同时,反复进行试验研究,总结出茶园两足龄亩产细茶50公斤,4足龄亩产250公斤,3足龄亩产细茶150公斤的栽培技术,现介绍如下。一、改土培肥,提高土壤肥力无论是新辟茶园,还是改植换种茶园,一般土壤有机质都含量低,土壤结构差,需要进行改良。方法是:在种植前,深耕50厘米左右,同时每亩施入有机肥2500公斤,饼肥50公斤,用以提高土壤的保肥供肥能力,改变土壤结构,为茶树丰产打下基础。二、选用适宜良种,大苗移栽优良品种是茶树
