1 临床资料1.1 病例选择:本组共110例114只眼,男性57例58只眼,女性53例56只眼,年龄最小15岁,最大81岁。老年性白内障97只眼,并发性白内障10只眼,外伤性6只眼,先天性1只眼。单眼植入110只眼,双眼植入4只眼,随访时间1～2年,术后最佳矫正视力达到0.5以上者94只眼(82％)。 1.2 材料来源:部分人工晶体为四川蜀光生物医学工程研究所GNy515型弹性硅凝胶双襻后房型,大部分为美国AICON公司C118型后房型人工晶体。
1 Clinical data 1.1 Case Selection: This group a total of 110 cases 114 eyes, 57 females 58 eyes, 53 females 56 eyes, the youngest 15 years old, maximum 81 years old. 97 eyes of senile cataract, 10 eyes of complicated cataract, 6 eyes of traumatic injury and 1 congenital eye. One eye was implanted in 110 eyes, two eyes were implanted in 4 eyes. The follow-up time was 1 to 2 years. The best corrected visual acuity reached more than 0.5 in 94 eyes (82%). 1.2 Source of Materials: Some of the artificial crystals were Shu-Guang Biomedical Engineering Institute of Sichuan GNy515-type elastic silicone gel double-tipped posterior chamber type, most of the United States AICON C118-type posterior chamber intraocular lens.
