本文报道了应用人生长激素(HGH)放射免疫分析法对214名青少年血清HGH非基础值的测定结果。对HGH在青春发育期生长突增和骨胳发育中的作用进行了初步探讨。男性生长突增高峰与非生长突增高峰期骨龄变化速率(SA/CA)分别为2.96和1.20,血清HGH水平为8.1和2.0ng/ml;女性生长突增高峰与非生长突增高峰期骨龄变化速率分别为1.60和0.90,血清HGH水平为9.2和4.5ng/ml,提示HGH在青春发育期生长突增及骨胳发育中有一定作用。
In this paper, 214 non-human serum HGH non-basal values were measured by radioimmunoassay of human growth hormone (HGH). The role of HGH in the sudden growth growth and skeletal development during puberty was discussed.
