针对人工移栽工作效率低,耗时较长,移栽过程不标准,而市场需求又很大的情况,设计了一款侧挂式移栽机系统。该系统不仅适用于旱苗移栽,而且能作为运输装置使用,结构上把升降运输工作平台和移栽相结合,可实现一机多用。其动力源采用蓄电池供电,无污染,无噪声;自动控制系统采用西门子200 PLC,编码器、电机调速器、接近开关检测等控制,能准确无误地抓取小苗,并及时喂苗,有效保证小苗的成活率和栽培的一致性。
Aiming at the low efficiency and long time of manual transplanting, the non-standard transplanting process and the huge market demand, a side-mounted transplanter system was designed. The system is not only suitable for seedlings transplanting, but also can be used as a transport device, the structure of the lifting transport platform and transplanting combine to achieve a multi-purpose machine. Its power source is battery-powered, pollution-free and noise-free. The automatic control system adopts Siemens 200 PLC, encoder, motor speed controller, proximity switch detection and other controls to accurately grasp the seedlings and promptly feed the seedlings, effectively guarantee Seedling survival and cultivation of the same.
