对金华佛手品系进行了生物学表型特性观察、生理学指标测定和RAPD分析。描述了3个类型的表型和生理学差异,分析了3个类型的遗传差异及稳定性,在此基础上把它们划分为3个类型,并考虑了各自的表型特征、产地历史文化背景和商业品性予以定名。
Jinhua bergamot lines were observed biological characteristics, physiological indicators and RAPD analysis. The phenotypic and physiological differences of the three types were described. The genetic differences and the stability of the three types were analyzed. Based on these, they were divided into three types, taking into account their phenotypic characteristics, historical and cultural backgrounds of origin and Commercial character to be named.
