我国过去只能生产粉状氧化铝产品,该产品不适应铝电解过程中,干法净化烟气中氟化氢及中间下料大型预焙槽之技术性能的需要。铝电解技术发展及干法净化要求供给粒度粗、流动性好、比表面积大、吸附氟化氢性能好、α-Al_2O_3含量低、在电解质中熔解速度快的砂状氧化铝。本方法就是生产有利于电解槽自动化生产及干法净化防止环境污染的砂状氧化铝。
In the past, China could only produce powdered alumina products, which are not suitable for the technical performance of dry pretreatment of hydrogen fluoride in flue gas and large prebake trough in the middle of aluminum electrolysis process. The development of aluminum electrolysis technology and dry purification require the supply of sand-like alumina with coarse particle size, good fluidity, large specific surface area, good hydrogen fluoride adsorption capability, low content of α-Al 2 O 3 and high dissolution rate in the electrolyte. The method is to produce sand-like alumina which is conducive to the automatic production of electrolytic cells and the dry-cleaning to prevent environmental pollution.
