目的:研究氟尿嘧啶植入剂与蛋白变性剂70%乙酸的相容性。方法:用HPLC法测定氟尿嘧啶在变性剂中的的稳定性、溶解度和植入剂在变性剂及大鼠体内的释放度并进行比较;显微镜观察植入剂在变性剂中的形态变化。结果:氟尿嘧啶在变性剂中稳定、溶解度约(30.37±0.38)g.L-1,植入剂在变性剂中表面隆起,按一级方程释药,释药速率较大鼠体内快。结论:氟尿嘧啶植入剂与70%乙酸相容性较好,可以配伍使用。
Objective: To study the compatibility of 5-fluorouracil implant with 70% acetic acid. Methods: The stability of fluorouracil in denaturant was determined by HPLC. The solubility and the release of implant in denaturant and rat were compared and compared. The morphological changes of the implant in denaturant were observed with microscope. Results: Fluorouracil was stable in denaturant and its solubility was about (30.37 ± 0.38) g.L-1. The implants surfaced up in denaturant and released according to the first-order equation. The release rate was faster than that in rats. Conclusion: Fluorouracil implants have good compatibility with 70% acetic acid and can be used in combination.
