心肌梗塞病人的复杂型室性心律失常死亡率较高,用药物防治不是都能达到预期效果的.低强度氦氖激光照射血液具有抗心室颤动的作用。作者观察透壁性心梗300例,平均年龄57.4岁,发病1天入院,首次心梗218例,再次心梗82例。前壁心肌损害134例,后壁82例,前壁和后壁84例。伴有糖尿病36例,高血压病64例。分两组,基本组180例,用氦氖激光经锁骨下静脉或肘静脉照射血液,住院期间3~5次为1疗程,每天1次每次30min。出院后在门诊每5次1疗程,每次25min,每年2疗程。在急性期用硝酸甘油和镇痛药,未用溶栓药和抗心律失常药。随诊2年86例。对照组120例,用常规
