“Technology is available, affordable” is the basic requirement for economic development of energy supply. China’s green energy development can not replicate the developed countries based in Europe and the United States based on “stock optimization ” and in response to climate change. Based on national conditions, we must choose a path that is consistent with our own development foundation and energy resource conditions. The role of power grid in the development of modern energy system and energy transformation needs to be given high priority. China’s green development of energy resources must be based on the national conditions of “management of China’s electric power enterprises”: the 18th CPC National Congress takes “promoting the revolution of energy production and consumption” as an important part of vigorously promoting the building of ecological civilization.
