黄河河道整治工程一般包括险工和控导工程,主要有坝、垛、护岸三种形式。在汛期,由于险工坝岸的上跨角和坝前受大溜冲刷的机遇多,着溜重,冲刷深,经常发生根石走失、坦石坍塌,造成黄河险控工程根石的不断走失。河道整治工程因根石走失而抢险用石占全年抢险用石总量比例相当大。因此,如何有效地防止根石走失一直是河道整治工程防汛抢险及日常管理养护中亟待解决的一个问题。
