文章首先介绍了联合国环保署的基本情况及其活动范围。同时介绍了一种新的洁净高效燃烧技术—高温空气燃烧技术 HTAC(High temperature Air combustion) ,其基本过程为 :利用高温低氧预热空气 ,结合气体内部的强循环 ,形成与诸如扩散火焰与预混火焰等传统火焰完全不同的火焰类型。在高于 80 0℃温度和空气中低于15 %氧气浓度条件下所获得的火焰特性包括 :炉内温度均匀分布、低 NOx 生成和低噪音。目前 ,这一技术在工业发达国家受到空前重视 ,被认为是节能 ,减少污染物排放和缩小加热空间的一项革命性技术。
The article first introduces the basic situation of the United Nations Environmental Protection Agency and its scope of activities.
