目的了解通州区居民食用盐碘含量及人群碘营养状况,为消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法采集本地区各乡镇居民家食用盐及不同人群尿样进行碘含量检测。结果 2005~2010年共检测食盐1787件,每年合格碘盐食用率分别为87.5%、89.2%、92.4%、94.1%、97.9%、97.9%,碘盐含量中位数为27.5mg/kg,同时检测本区学龄儿童尿样680件,尿碘中位数244μg/L,含量﹤50μg/L比率为2.6%,含量﹤100μg/L比率为12.6%,含量﹥300μg/L为36.0%;成人415件,尿碘中位数181μg/L,含量﹤100μg/L比率为14.5%,含量﹥300μg/L为21.9%;孕妇290件,尿碘中位数204μg/L,含量﹤150μg/L比率为30.3%,含量﹥500μg/L为15.9%。结论该区已经达到了国家消除碘缺乏病达标判定标准,居民家食用盐碘含量呈现逐年增长的趋势,人群碘营养状况充足,但是呈现儿童尿碘含量﹥300μg/L碘营养状况过量的比率偏高,孕妇尿碘含量﹤150μg/L碘营养状况不足的比率偏高的状况。建议应加大健康教育的宣传,倡导人群科学补碘。
Objective To understand the salt iodine content of residents in Tongzhou District and the iodine nutrition status of the population so as to provide a scientific basis for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The samples of iodine in different towns and villages were collected from different towns and villages. Results A total of 1787 salt samples were collected from 2005 to 2010. The annual iodized salt consumption rates were 87.5%, 89.2%, 92.4%, 94.1%, 97.9% and 97.9% respectively, and the median iodized salt content was 27.5 mg / kg. 680 urine samples from school-age children in our district were detected. The urinary iodine median was 244μg / L, the content of <50μg / L was 2.6%, the content of <100μg / L was 12.6% and the content> 300μg / L was 36.0% The median of urinary iodine was 181μg / L, the content of <100μg / L was 14.5%, the content of> 300μg / L was 21.9%, the number of pregnant women was 290μg / L, the median of urinary iodine was 204μg / 30.3%, content> 500μg / L was 15.9%. Conclusion The district has reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency deficiency, the iodine content of household salt shows a trend of increasing year by year, and iodine nutrition status of the population is adequate. However, the ratio of iodine nutrition overdose in children with urinary iodine> 300μg / L High, pregnant women urinary iodine <150μg / L iodine nutritional deficiencies in the high ratio of the situation. It is suggested that publicity on health education should be stepped up and people should be encouraged to supplement iodine.
