公路路政档案是指公路路政管理机构在路政管理各项活动中形成的具有保存价值以备查考的文字、图表、声像及其他各种方式和不同载体的原始记录。它是反映路政管理部门历史真实面貌的一项重要工作。笔者针对路政档案管理现状在全市公路与管理部门进行了调查,发现路政档案管理工作存在认识不到位,管理不规范,服务手段落后等问题,并就此提出了相应的建议。
Highway road files refers to the road administration agencies in the administration of the road formed by the preservation of the value of the text for examination purposes, charts, audio and video and other means and different carriers of the original record. It is an important work that reflects the true history of the administration of the road administration. According to the status quo of highway archives management, the author conducted a survey in the city’s highway and management departments and found some problems such as lack of understanding, management irregularities and outdated service tools in administration of zhuzheng archives and put forward corresponding suggestions.
