以关中油菜自交系S3-18为母本,加拿大白菜型春性油菜品种Tobin为父本进行杂交、回交和自交,在自交2代中发现不育材料37AB。经成对保持、双隐性测交育成双显性核不育系896AB及相应的双隐性临保系125ab等。用双隐性临保系对双显性核不育系保持,可获得全不育系。同时通过测交筛选,育成1948C等10多个恢复系,实现双显性核不育三系配套。培育的杂交种比秦油4号增产12%~30%。
Inbred line S3-18 of Guanzhong was used as female parent and Tobin of Canadian spring cabbage variety Tobin was crossed, backcrossed and selfed, and sterile material 37AB was found in selfed 2nd generation. After being kept in pairs, double recessive crosses fertile dyadic male sterile line 896AB and the corresponding double recessive 125ba and so on. Using double recessive Progeny lines to maintain double dominant CMS lines, all-sterile lines can be obtained. In the meantime, more than 10 restorer lines, such as 1948C, were bred by screening and screening to achieve the dyadic mating with dominance. The hybrids raised 12% ~ 30% more yield than Qinyou 4.
