西方新闻学者说:记者是同人打交道的职业。这是有道理的。不学会与人打交道,不学会与不同性格、不同职业的采访对象打交道,就难挖掘出真实、生动、深刻的“新闻”来。我在这几年采访实践中,注意对接触到的采访对象进行了一些观察和分析,把他们分成五种类型。对不同类型的采访对象采用不同的方法采访,收到了比较好的效果。第一类,是愿意与采访者配合,又“能说会道”的。一般采访知识分子阶层和机关干部或者是文化水平比较高的普通市民中常遇到这种采访对象。他们既了解新闻事实,又具备一定的政策理论水平。他们谈锋颇健,有“事”、有“理”、有“论”,有时,他们的谈话稍加整理就是一篇完整的稿件。采访这类
