目的:了解浙江省医疗卫生实验室压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用现状,提高实验室灭菌质量,确保实验室生物安全。方法:采用资料调查和现场检测的方法对省内部分医疗卫生实验室使用中的压力蒸汽灭菌器进行了调查。结果:共调查25家单位47台实验用压力蒸汽灭菌器,其中预真空式压力蒸汽灭菌器4台,下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器43台。这些压力蒸汽灭菌器内室温度检测合格率为59.57%;时间控制检测合格率为91.49%。灭菌包化学指示物检测合格率为100%;生物检测合格率亦为100%。结论:所检测的实验室内压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌过程监测全部合格,部分灭菌器质控监测[1]不合格,灭菌设备管理和操作人员的灭菌知识存在问题,存在灭菌质量隐患。
Objective: To understand the current situation of the use of pressure steam sterilizer in medical and health laboratories in Zhejiang Province, improve the quality of laboratory sterilization and ensure laboratory biosafety. Methods: The pressure steam sterilizer used in some medical and health laboratories in the province was investigated by means of data investigation and on-site testing. Results: A total of 47 experimental pressure steam sterilizers were tested in 25 units, including 4 pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers and 43 pressure steam sterilizers under the exhaust gas. The pressure steam sterilizer internal room temperature test pass rate was 59.57%; time control test pass rate was 91.49%. Sterilization package chemical indicators test pass rate was 100%; biological test pass rate was 100%. Conclusion: The sterilization process monitoring of the pressure steam sterilizer in the laboratory was all qualified. The quality control of partial sterilizer [1] failed, the sterilization equipment management and the disinfection knowledge of the operators had problems, and there were problems Bacterial quality problems.
