目的探讨肿瘤放疗患者经优质护理后的效果。方法选取我院2015年11月—2016年11月的肿瘤放疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对对照组给予常规护理,对观察组给予优质护理,观察比较观察组与对照组患者的焦虑情况、放疗依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组患者经优质护理后的焦虑情况、放疗依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于肿瘤放疗患者,不但有利于缓解患者的焦虑情绪和提高患者放疗依从性,还有利于提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care of patients with tumor radiotherapy. Methods Eighty patients with tumor radiotherapy from November 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given quality nursing. Observation and comparison Group anxiety and control group patients, radiation compliance, nursing satisfaction. Results The anxiety, radiotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group after the quality nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Applying high-quality nursing care to patients with tumor radiotherapy not only helps to alleviate the anxiety of patients and improve the compliance of patients with radiotherapy, but also helps to improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing.
