改革开放以来,我国城市医疗卫生事业得到了大发展,服务规模不断扩大,科技水平不断提高,医疗条件明显改善,疾病防治能力显著增强,为增进人民健康发挥了重要作用。同时,城市卫生事业发展中还存在着优质资源过分向大医院集中,社区卫生服务资源短缺、服务能力不强、不能满足群众基本卫生服务需求等问题。这是造成群众看病难、看病贵的重要原因之一。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s urban medical and health undertakings have made great strides, the scale of services has been constantly expanded, the science and technology have been continuously improved, the medical conditions have been significantly improved, and the disease prevention and treatment capability has been remarkably enhanced. This has played an important role in promoting people’s health. At the same time, there are still problems in the development of urban health undertakings, such as excessive concentration of high-quality resources on large hospitals, shortage of resources for community health services, poor service capabilities, and failure to meet the needs of the masses for basic health services. This is one of the important reasons that make the people difficult to see and expensive to see.
