为了观察副溶血弧菌从液体到固体表面的环境过渡中极性鞭毛的形态结构,选用副溶血弧菌的临床分离株SH112为研究对象,以副溶血弧菌ATCC33847为参考菌株,采用磷钨酸负染色法,通过高分辨透射电子显微镜观察细菌极性鞭毛的超微结构。结果显示:在这个过渡时期,副溶血弧菌的极性鞭毛有特殊的结构,包括不完整外鞘,“帽”状结构,以及长短和粗细变化等。推测这些结构的形成与环境的诱导以及鞭毛系统的调控机制有关。
In order to observe the morphological structure of polar flagella in the transition of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from liquid to solid surface, SH112 strain of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was selected as the research object. Vibrio parahaemolyticus ATCC33847 was used as reference strain, Negative staining method was used to observe the ultrastructure of bacterial polar flagella by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that polar flagella of V. parahaemolyticus had special structure during this transitional period, including incomplete sheath, “cap” structure, length, thickness and thickness. It is speculated that the formation of these structures is related to the induction of the environment and the regulatory mechanism of flagella system.
