目的探讨妇科护理中开展优质护理服务的价值评估。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月来我院妇科接受治疗的患者100名作为本次观察对象,采用抽签法均分为观察组与对照组,常规护理对照组的患者护理人员对其采取基础护理措施,对观察组的患者,护理人员对其加强护理干预措施,采用新型的护理干预模式,在优质护理干预模式下,观察两组患者的护理满意度。结果优质观察组患者中非常满意的占(76%),比较满意(24%),而对照组中非常满意的占(42%),比较满意(40%),满意占(18%),观察组明显优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论在妇科开展优质护理服务,能有效的提升临床护理服务满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the value evaluation of quality nursing service in gynecological nursing. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 100 patients who received gynecological treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation object. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method. Conclusions The quality nursing service in gynecology can effectively improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing service and is worth popularizing clinically.
