国有企业在我国的经济当中占据了非常重要的地位,这是公有制经济的一种外在的表现形式,也是我国社会主义性质的重要保障,是我党执政兴国的基石。随着国民经济的快速发展,作为社会群体的重要组成部分,国企职工的思想道德意识也发生了较大的变化,难以摆脱社会大环境的影响。所以,如何加强国企职工思想道德建设,培养具有较高文化修养与理论水平的职工队伍已经成为思想政治工作者关注的话题。笔者在下文探讨了加强国企职工思
State-owned enterprises occupy a very important position in our economy. This is an outward manifestation of the public-owned economy and an important guarantee for the nature of our socialism. It is also the cornerstone of our party in governing and rejuvenating the country. With the rapid development of the national economy, as an important part of social groups, the ideological and moral awareness of state-owned enterprises has also undergone great changes, making it hard to get rid of the impact of the social environment. Therefore, how to strengthen ideological and moral construction of state-owned employees and cultivate a contingent of workers with high cultural accomplishments and theoretical levels has become a topic of concern to ideological and political workers.
