目的研究玉竹提取物A(extraction A of polygonatum odoratum,EA-PAOA)对小鼠MΦ细胞因子产生的影响,以探讨对免疫功能的作用。方法检测小鼠体外MΦ产生的IL-1和TNF-α。结果10ug/ml以上浓度的玉竹提取物A对小鼠MΦ产生的IL-1有抑制作用,1000ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的IP(inhibitory perentage)达39.1%,对TNF-α抑制作用比对IL-1的抑制作用明显,10ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的CIP(ytolytic-Inhibitory perentage)达28.6%,1000ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的CIP达78.6%。两者均呈量效依赖关系。结论玉竹提取物A对小鼠MΦ产生的IL-1和TNF-α均有抑制作用,可抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of extract A of polygonatum odoratum (EA-PAOA) on the production of MΦ cytokines in mice to explore the effect on immune function. Methods The IL-1 and TNF-α produced by MΦ in vitro were detected. RESULTS: Polygonatum ulmoides extract A at a concentration of 10 ug/ml or more inhibited the production of IL-1 by mouse MΦ, and IP inhibition (inhibitory perentage) of Polygonatum ulmoides extract A at a concentration of 1000 ug/ml reached 39.1%, inhibiting TNF-α. The inhibitory effect of IL-1 was obvious. The ytolytic-inhibitory perentage of Polygonatum ulmoides extract A was 28.6% at the concentration of 10ug/ml, and 78.6% was obtained at the concentration of 1000ug/ml of Polygonatum odoratum extract A. Both showed a dose-and-effect relationship. Conclusion Polygonatum ulmoides extract A has inhibitory effects on IL-1 and TNF-α produced by mouse MΦ and can inhibit the immune function of mice.
