“自主”是指让学生自己学习、自己发展;是指学生在教师的科学指导下,通过创造性的学习使他们实现自主发展的实践活动。自主的培养目标是:引导学生学会做人,指导学生学会知识技能,帮助学生学会自主学习,促进学生学会自主发展。1.让学生走上讲台。让学生走上讲台,这实质是由封闭式教学向开放式教学转变,努力创建一个让学生积极主动参与并乐于和敢于表现自己所知、所想、所能的民主氛围。回顾过去,我们的课堂教学是以教师为中心,学生只能围绕教师的“教”这个指挥棒转,被动的接受知识、被动的学习,做学习的客体,自觉不自觉地形成对教师依赖的心理,在学习上失去应有的兴趣,失去了学习的主动性和积极性。通过让学生走上讲台,学生由被动变为主动,让学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于思考,培养了学生搜集和处理信息的能力,培养了学生获得新知的能力,培养了学生分析和解决问题的能力和交流合作的能力,从而实现
