从1979年到1993年，我国的外贸体制改革大体经历了三个阶段。从今年开始，进行以汇中并轨为核心的新一轮的外贸体制改革。通过新一轮的改革，将使长期困扰我国外贸发展的一些深层次问题得以有效地解决。九十年代世界范围内的经济竞争成为时代的主旋律，一场没有硝烟的但火药味十分浓烈的“商战”将等待着我们。我们一定要把这场挑战作为机遇，把我国对外经济贸易提高到一个新水平。
From 1979 to 1993, China’s foreign trade system reforms generally went through three stages. From this year onwards, a new round of reform of the foreign trade system will be carried out with the integration of China and the United States as the core. Through the new round of reforms, some deep-rooted problems that have long plagued China’s foreign trade development will be effectively resolved. In the 1990s, economic competition in the world became the main theme of the era. A “commercial war” with no smoke but strong smell of gunpowder will await us. We must take this challenge as an opportunity to raise China’s foreign economic trade to a new level.
