目的了解抚顺市部分食品中Hg、As元素重金属污染的现状,为抚顺市食品安全监管提供科学依据。方法从抚顺市超市和农贸市场有代表性的随机抽取各类食品样品。按照国家标准检测样品中的砷、汞含量。结果共检测12类样品685份,其中动物肝肾中的汞超标率为6%,蔬菜、鲜蛋的汞超标率在1%~3%之间,其他种类中的汞合格率均为100%;砷的合格率为100%。结论抚顺部分市售食品受到不同程度的Hg、As元素污染,相关部门应高度重视蔬菜、动物肝肾中的汞污染情况并加强卫生监督管理。
Objective To understand the status of heavy metal pollution of Hg and As in some foods in Fushun City and provide a scientific basis for food safety regulation in Fushun City. Methods A representative sample of various food samples was randomly selected from the supermarkets and farmers’ markets in Fushun City. In accordance with national standards testing samples of arsenic, mercury content. Results A total of 685 samples of 12 kinds of samples were detected. Among them, the exceeding rate of mercury in animal liver and kidney was 6%, the exceeding standard rate of mercury in vegetables and fresh eggs was between 1% and 3%, and the passing rate of mercury in other species was 100% ; A pass rate of 100%. Conclusion Some Fushun commercial foods were contaminated with Hg, As in some degree. Relevant departments should attach great importance to the mercury pollution in vegetables and animals, liver and kidney, and strengthen health supervision and management.
