[目的 ]评价石材加工行业的防尘措施。 [方法 ]按规定方法调查测定其生产性粉尘和防尘措施。 [结果 ]1作业场所的粉尘浓度为 0 .1~ 2 5 5 .0 mg/m3,粉尘含游离 Si O2 为 2 3.1%~ 48.2 % ,粉尘浓度的达标率为 30 .2 9% ;2采取防尘措施的岗位仅 37.6 9% ,93.5 %防尘措施的防尘效果≤ 6 1.72 % ;3防尘效果依次为日本引进型、有围档型、无围档型 ;4罩口控制风速与防尘效果之间呈正相关。 [结论 ]应提高岗位采取防尘措施的比率和效果 ;提高防尘效果的关键是对防尘措施的合理设计和正确安装 ,并保证足够的吸尘罩口控制风速以及经常性的维护管理
[Objective] To evaluate the dust prevention measures in the stone processing industry.
