目的探讨同期经尿道腔内手术治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月至2016年2月中国医科大学肿瘤医院收治的94例前列腺增生伴膀胱结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(46例)和观察组(48例)。对照组患者行单通道气压弹道碎石联合单通道经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察组患者采用膀胱造瘘通道、尿道双通道气压弹道碎石联合双通道经尿道前列腺电切术进行治疗,将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的碎石清洗时间明显短于对照组,生命质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.094,P<0.05)。结论膀胱造瘘通道、尿道双通道气压弹道碎石联合双通道经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生伴膀胱结石临床效果明显,具有手术时间短、创伤小、患者生命质量高、并发症发生率低等优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transurethral endovascular surgery in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones. Methods A total of 94 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stone admitted to Cancer Hospital of China Medical University from February 2013 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (48 cases) by random number table example). Patients in the control group were treated with single-channel pneumatic lithotripsy and single-channel transurethral resection of the prostate. Patients in the observation group were treated with bladder ostomy channel, urethral dual-channel pneumatic lithotripsy and dual-channel transurethral resection of the prostate, Two groups of patients for clinical treatment of comparative analysis. Results The gravel wash time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group Group, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 4.094, P <0.05). Conclusions Bladder ostomy channel, urethral dual-channel pneumatic lithotripsy combined with dual-channel transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones have obvious clinical effect, with short operation time, small trauma, high quality of life and low complication rate And other advantages.
