目的 :探索“乳宁Ⅱ号”抑制乳腺癌生长转移的机制。方法 :检测经“乳宁Ⅱ号”等不同方法处理的小鼠乳腺癌肺转移模型的瘤重 ,肺转移发生率及IL -2和TNF的含量 ,并进行组间比较。结果 :Z组与CTX组、Z +CTX组瘤重、肺转移率均低于NS组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TNF -α平均值均显著低于NS组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Z组IL -2的平均值高于NS组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而CTX组的平均值低于NS组 (P <0 .0 5 )、Z组与Z +CTX组高于CTX组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :“乳宁Ⅱ号”可抑制Ca76 1小鼠乳腺癌生长及肺转移 ,其机制与其抑制TNF分泌及促进IL -2分泌有关
Objective : To explore the mechanism of inhibiting the growth and metastasis of breast cancer by “Yu Ning II”. METHODS: The tumor weight, lung metastasis, IL-2 and TNF levels in lung cancer metastasis models of mice treated with different methods such as “Ningning No. 2” were measured and compared between groups. Results: The tumor weight and lung metastasis rate in Z group and CTX group and Z + CTX group were lower than those in NS group (P < 0.05), and the average value of TNF-α was significantly lower than that in NS group (P <0.05). The mean value of IL-2 in the Z group was higher than that in the NS group (P<0.05), while the mean value in the CTX group was lower than that in the NS group (P<0.05), and higher in the Z group and the Z+CTX group. In the CTX group (P < 0.01). Conclusion : “Nanning No. 2” can inhibit the growth and metastasis of breast cancer in Ca76 1 mice. Its mechanism is related to its inhibition of TNF secretion and promotion of IL-2 secretion.
