本文报道了对一起进口大麦水湿霉变事件的处理过程:现场卫生学调查,抽样检验方法及检验结果的分析判定,并讨论了对水湿霉变程度不同的大麦的处理原则及意见,进而探讨对今后遇到此类情况应采取的必要措施。
This paper reports the treatment process of imported millet barley with watery mildew events: on-site hygiene survey, sampling test method and test results, and discusses the treatment principles and opinions of barley with different degree of water mildew. Explore the necessary measures to be taken in the future in such situations.
