深入研究和努力发展我军在未来高技术条件下的一体化联合防空作战,已经成为军队和国防建设的一个紧迫课题。本文从分析一体化联合防空作战的四个基本作战要素入手,抓住指挥控制这个核心要素,依据现代防空作战的特点提出建立防空分布式群体智能决策支持系统,从而进一步完善指挥自动化系统,提升一体化联合防空作战条件下部队的指挥控制能力。
Intensive research and efforts to develop our allied air defense operations under the high-tech conditions of the future have become an urgent issue for the military and national defense construction. Based on the analysis of the four basic operational elements of integrated air defense operations, this dissertation takes the core element of command and control and proposes the establishment of an air defense distributed group intelligent decision support system based on the characteristics of modern air defense operations so as to further improve the command automation system and enhance integration Under the condition of joint air defense operations, the unit’s command and control capabilities.
