高职院校图书馆是一个信息集散地,是全体师生员工提升信息素质、获取信息知识的重要阵地,馆员队伍是图书馆阵地的灵魂。本文阐述了信息时代给高职院校图书馆管理带来的新变化及对馆员队伍提出的新要求,分析了目前高职院校图书馆队伍建设中存在的主要问题,提出了四大对策措施。
