中国东部地区承接国际产业转移比较成功。但是,将此成功经验用于东部地区淘汰产业向中西部地区转移未必成立。因为其主要依据中西部地区相对于东部地区具有劳动力成本优势可能是伪命题;其主要结论通过地区间产业转移缩小地区间经济发展水平的差异也可能是伪命题。
