最近,一种新型节能内热式盐浴炉在山东省莱州市研制成功,并通过省级技术鉴定。目前,该产品已正式投产。鉴定认为:该产品是钢件热处理的新型理想设备。由于采用硅酸铝耐火纤维和珍珠岩等新型耐火材料隔热、重量轻,热损失小,热效率高,炉温均匀,炉膛内温差仅3℃左右,坩埚寿命增长,生产效率高、盐浴炉电器通过改变炉内供电功率加以控制,可变功率的供电不通过变压器,而是通过改变电热原件的接法来实现的。因而在降低能耗方面有重大突破,且性能稳定,比传统的极板盐浴炉和外热式盐浴炉
