目的观察恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法98例恶性胸腔积液患者,先进行胸腔穿刺置管和闭式引流胸水,再注入药物。98例患者随机分成A组(50例)恩格菲加顺铂,B组(48例)单用顺铂。恩格菲每次注入20m l,顺铂每次注入40~60mg,每周注射1次,连续3周。结果A组有效率94%,B组有效率56.3%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。A组的胃肠反应及骨髓抑制明显低于B组。结论恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,毒性小。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect and toxicity of Engephi combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods A total of 98 patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with thoracentesis and closed drainage of pleural effusion before drug injection. Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into group A (n = 50), nifropatime (cisplatin), and group B (n = 48) with cisplatin alone. Engephi each injection of 20m l, cisplatin each injection of 40 ~ 60mg, injection once a week for 3 weeks. Results The effective rate was 94% in group A and 56.3% in group B, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). A group of gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression was significantly lower than the B group. Conclusions Ngfi combined with cisplatin has good curative effect and little toxicity in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
