随着国有石油企业的不断变革,引入能力管理理念,开展基于岗位的能力模型体系建设,是优化人力资源管理模式的一条可行之路。文章从能力管理理念介绍入手,对能力模型体系的架构以及构建方法进行了阐述,分析了能力模型体系的应用领域,并在能力管理对国有石油企业人力资源管理的现实意义方面进行了讨论。
With the continuous reform of state-owned petroleum enterprises, the introduction of the concept of capability management and the establishment of a capability-based capacity-building system is a feasible way to optimize the human resources management mode. The article starts with the introduction of competence management concept, elaborates the structure and construction method of competence model system, analyzes the application field of competence model system, and discusses the practical significance of capacity management in human resources management of state-owned petroleum enterprises.
