氨基糖甙类药物在体外不杀伤毛细胞,该类药物经肝细胞浆和内耳组织胞浆激活后形成杀伤毛细’胞的细胞毒性物质,抗氧化剂在体外可桔抗这种细胞毒性,在体内这种保护作用有限。进一步研究发现庆大霉素可以和铁离子形成复合物,催化自由基生成,导致脂质过氧化;铁离子螫合剂和自由基清除剂合用可明显保护大剂量庆大霉素所致的听功能损伤和内耳形态学损伤。
