论述了绝缘子泄漏电流数据采集与处理系统软件、硬件的设计及其功能实现。由于该系统放置在杆塔上工作，工作环境恶劣，因此，采取了一系列相应措施。该系统经高压实验室的实验结果表明，设计是合理的。
The design of the software and hardware of insulator leakage current data acquisition and processing system and the realization of its functions are discussed. As the system placed on the pole work, poor working environment, therefore, adopted a series of corresponding measures. The experimental results of the system by high-pressure laboratory show that the design is reasonable.
