“双师型”教师队伍建设是职业教育的重要课题之一。广东地区是我国的经济发展的引擎地区之一,广东地区的高职院校为本地输送了大量生产管理一线的管理复合型人才。但因为我国的民办高职教育存在和生产实际脱节的现象,因此梳理广东地区民办高职院校的“双师型”教师队伍建设方面的现状和不足,并加以研究分析,将有力地促进广东地区高职教育的转型改革。
