1.以墙生二行芥(Diplotaxis muralis)做母本,以白菜型油菜(Brassica cam-pestris)雪油菜(商品油菜)做父本杂交,再以雪油菜连续回交,从而育成了具有D.mu-ralis的细胞质,雪油菜细胞核的雄性不育系。 2.本不育系的形态特征与雪油菜相似,而花器有所不同:仅有两个蜜腺,花瓣窄小,花丝短,花药顶端发尖,花粉粒数极少。雌蕊的形态和机能均为正常。 3.在本不育系统中,可以看到两类雄性不育植株。一类是花药不开裂的完全雄性不育类型(MS),一类是能散出少量花粉的半不育类型(PMS)。为了获得全部为MS系统,从商品雪油菜自交后代中,以及自雪油菜与PMS的杂交后代中选出了两个保持系,做父本使用,从而制成了完全雄性不育系。 4.雪油菜(毋本)×PMS的后代,所有的花药都是正常的,含有大量的花粉。 5.本系统同具有A染色体组(B.campestris)的很多商品品种杂交的F_1代有的可以恢复育性,表示有恢复基因存在。可以认为本雄性不育系是受B.campestris细胞核、D.muralis细胞质控制的。 6.若把保持能力做为保持系固定下来的话,由于它本身的自交不亲和性,会使种子结实率降低.
The male parent of Diplotaxis muralis was crossed with Brassica campestris (Brassica campestris) (Rapeseed rapa) The cytoplasm of .mu-ralis, a male sterile line of the canola nucleus. 2. The morphological characteristics of this sterile line are similar to that of snow rape, but the flowers are different: there are only two nectaries, the petals are narrow, the filaments are short, the tips of the anthers are pointed, and the pollen grains are very few. Pistil morphology and function are normal. 3. In this sterile system, two types of male-sterile plants can be seen. One is the complete male sterility (MS) type with anther uncracked, and the other is the semi-sterile type (PMS) that can shed a small amount of pollen. In order to gain access to all of the MS systems, two maintainer lines were selected from the offspring of the commercial canola selfing as well as two offspring from the cross between the canola and the PMS to make a male sterile line. 4. Snow Rape (not this) × PMS offspring, all anthers are normal, contains a large number of pollen. The F_1 hybrids of this system with many commercial varieties with A. campestris could restore fertility, indicating the presence of restorer genes. It is believed that this male sterile line is controlled by the cytoplasm of D. muralis in the B. campestris nucleus. 6. If the maintenance capacity is retained as a maintainer, the seeding rate will be reduced due to its own self-incompatibility.
